Delivery time and tracking your shipment
The Netherlands and Belgium: 1 - 4 working days.
Ordered before 16.00h? Then your order will be shipped the same working day (because of the Corona crises delivery delay may be longer, we no longer offer same-day-delivery).
Orders entered on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail at the e-mail address you entered. Once your order has been prepared and given to our forwarder, you will also receive a confirmation e-mail containing the track & trace information regarding your shipment.
If you have not received this information, it is possible that the e-mail has ended up in your spambox. If you don't find anything there, please feel free to contact us. We will gladly resend you the information.

Shipping costs
Bodybasics4kidz.com takes care of most of the costs of storage, packaging, storage, and processing.
Shipping costs Netherlands : €6,50. From an order with a value of €75,= net we do not charge shipping costs.
Shipping costs Belgium : € 9,95. For orders with a value of more than €100,= net we do not charge shipping costs.

Return and exchange
We hope of course that you are satisfied with the items you have ordered.
However, should the articles not fit, or not meet expectations, you can use your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receipt of the articles and return the articles to us. Download the return form here. Print it out and fill it in and pack the items properly so that damage to the products and/or product packaging is avoided and then send you package to:

As soon as we have received the articles in good order, we will process them administratively. Using your initial payment method, we will return the correct amount to your account. It may take a few days before the amount is actually credited again.
The shipping costs for the return are for your own account. The shipping costs for sending the first swap of products are for the account of Bodybasics4kidz.com.
